Middle Tennessee’s dense clay soil easily becomes heavily compacted by foot traffic, mowing equipment, and summer heat, choking root systems and preventing moisture and nutrients from penetrating the soil. Our commercial core aerator pulls thousands of 2-to-3-inch soil plugs, naturally de-compacting the root zone, reducing thatch buildup, and creating ideal seed-to-soil contact channels.

Immediately following aeration, we broadcast certified, drought-resistant Turf-Type Tall Fescue seed specifically blended for our local transition zone climate. Combined with starter nutrients, this process produces deep, drought-tolerant root networks and a dense, carpet-thick lawn that crowds out weeds.
